ICC 365
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every competition run by ICC 365 – Indian Cultural Competitions ("ICC"). By registering, you (the participant, or the parent or guardian registering a child) agree to them and to the rules on each competition's page. If the competition page and these terms differ, the competition page applies to that competition.
Who can take part
- Each competition is for the age groups shown on its page.
- Age is counted in completed years on the day you register. ICC may ask for proof of age at any time; an entry with a wrong date of birth can be moved to the right age group or disqualified.
- Participants under 18 must be registered by a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.
Registration
- Give correct details. One participant can have only one confirmed entry in each competition.
- Up to 10 children can be registered together in one family registration, each with their own entry and Contestant ID.
- Group entries are allowed only where the competition says so. The fee and age group follow the participant named on the form.
- For paid competitions, an entry is confirmed and the Contestant ID is given only after the payment succeeds. An unpaid entry holds its seat for 30 minutes and is then released. Free entries are confirmed right away.
- Registration closes on the last date shown, or earlier when all seats are taken.
Online (video) competitions
- Send a link to your video on YouTube or Google Drive. The link must open for anyone who has it (unlisted is fine) until the results are announced.
- The video must be the participant's own performance and follow the competition's rules on length, format and content.
- You allow ICC to publish the video on the ICC YouTube channel, this website and ICC's social media, with the participant's name. ICC may continue to show published videos after the competition.
- Entries with abusive, unsafe or copied content, or content not suitable for children, may be rejected or removed.
Venue (offline) competitions
- Confirmed participants get a hall ticket with the venue, address and reporting time in My account and on the Check registration page.
- Arrive on time and carry the hall ticket. A participant marked absent gets no score, no result and no certificate.
- Follow the instructions of the organisers at the venue. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children at the venue.
Quizzes
- Each round can be taken once and is timed. Answers save as you go, and the quiz is submitted automatically when the time ends.
- Leaving the quiz screen is recorded and may be reviewed by ICC. Using help from others, other devices or the internet is not allowed.
- Participants with the same score share the same place. ICC selects who moves on to the next round.
Judging and results
- Entries are scored by ICC's judges using the competition's criteria. The final score is the average of the judges' scores.
- ICC announces the winners (1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each age group; more than one participant can share a place) on the results date. The judges' and ICC's decision is final.
- ICC may disqualify an entry, or withdraw a place or certificate, for wrong details, rule-breaking, malpractice or misbehaviour.
Certificates and prizes
- Every confirmed participant who takes part gets an e-certificate; winners also get a winner's certificate. Each certificate has a code that anyone can check on this website.
- Prizes are as described on each competition's page. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- A certificate is withdrawn if its entry is cancelled, refunded or disqualified.
Fees and refunds
Fees are shown on each competition's page and paid online through Razorpay. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your account
Keep your mobile number and one-time codes (OTP) to yourself. You are responsible for entries made from your number.
Changes and cancellation by ICC
ICC may change dates, venues or rules when needed, and will show the change on the competition's page. If ICC cancels a competition, the entry fee is refunded in full.
Liability
ICC runs every competition with care, but is not responsible for problems caused by internet, device or payment-network failures outside its control. ICC's total liability for any entry is limited to the entry fee paid for it.
Privacy
How we use your details is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts where ICC's registered office is located.
