Shipping & Delivery Policy

ICC 365 sells competition entries, which are a service. Nothing is shipped when you pay.

What you receive and when

• Contestant ID: shown on screen as soon as the payment succeeds (right away for free competitions), and always available in My account and on the Check registration page.
• Hall ticket (venue competitions): available in My account and on the Check registration page once the entry is confirmed.
• Quizzes: open in My account at the round's start time.
• E-certificates: available to download after the results are published. Each can be checked online with its code.

Prizes and trophies

Trophies and prizes are given to winners at the prize ceremony or venue, as announced on the competition's page. If ICC sends a prize by courier, delivery within India usually takes 7–14 working days after the results, to the address the winner confirms.
