Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains when entry fees for ICC 365 competitions are refunded. Payments are made through Razorpay.

Cancelling a registration

• To cancel, contact us with the Contestant ID and the registered mobile number before the competition's last date for registration. Cancellations are done by our team; there is no cancel button on the website.
• After the last date, after the entry's video is published, after a quiz round has been started, or once a venue competition has begun, an entry cannot be cancelled or refunded.

When you get a full refund

• You cancel before the competition's last date for registration.
• ICC cancels the competition.
• You were charged twice for the same entry: the extra payment is refunded.
• Your payment went through after the entry had expired and the seats were already full, or the child was already registered: that payment is refunded.

When there is no refund

• The participant is absent at a venue competition, or does not send a video or take the quiz.
• The entry is disqualified for wrong details or for breaking the rules.
• A cancellation request after the times listed above.

Unpaid and failed payments

• An unpaid registration is released after 30 minutes. Nothing is charged.
• If money was deducted but the payment failed, your bank or Razorpay returns it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. You can check your entry on the Check registration page before paying again.

How refunds are paid

• Refunds go back to the same payment method (UPI, card or net banking) you paid with.
• We start an approved refund within 3 working days. It usually reaches your account within 5–7 working days after that, depending on your bank.
• A refunded entry is withdrawn from the competition, along with any certificate.
